SONG's NODA Success - Another 5 To Celebrate!

SONG's success at the NODA North West District 6 Awards in Standish on 23rd January. We were nominated in 17 categories and we came away with five wins.

Layla Carlin won Best Actor in a Youth Musical for her role as Dorothy in THE WIZ.

  • SONG won Best Ensemble for "A Handful of SONG"
  • SONG won Best Youth Production for "A Handful of SONG"
  • Matthew Higginson won Best Actor in a lead role in a play for "Tales of Arabia"
  • Isabella Reevey won "Most promising newcomer female" for "A Handful of SONG"

Congratulations to SONG, Karen Edge, Paul Wilkinson, Jenny Birch, Paul Williams - the production team for "A Handful of SONG, and our thanks and appreciation to the SONG Committee and all Volunteers for their hard work and continuing support our talented amateur youth musical theatre group.
